Northbridge Boat Works is based out of Northbridge Marina in Sydney's Lower North Shore.  Headed up by Aaron Reardon and Rory Cox, this duo team are the directors of Northbridge Boat Works and have been given the opportunity to take over the slipway at Northbridge Marina.

Aaron and Rory are both qualified shipwrights and have over 30 years experience between them in the marine industry. They pride them selves on every job, each job is treated with the same amount of care and quality no matter the size. 

​

Their experiences range from team management skills, quality works on a large variety of power and sailing yachts.

Aaron and Rory are experienced in many different forms of construction materials such as GRP, timber and carbon fibre.

​

Troy Silbery has joined the team as yard lead and is recognised as the heart of the marina. 

​

All other trades will be contracted in from our professional contacts to tackle jobs both large and small.
